My baby shopping cart covers
A man who you noticed coming out of the store coughing and wiping his nose on his hand graciously offers you his shopping cart to put your baby in........ Would you take it???? OK, so we both know the answer is, NO!!!!
This has called attention to the fact that even grocery stores realize how easily children could get sick simply from sitting in a cart while going shopping with mom or dad. The problem is that, a majority of grocery stores do not offer these wipes on their own accord and using your own baby wipes out of your diaper bag can be expensive.
Inside Edition... tested carts with young children in them, swabbing and focusing on the areas most likely touched, like the handles and areas around the seats. The swabs were sent to an independent lab and tested for bacteria and fungus that can cause disease.
Some of the shopping cart covers out there are very light weight and don't take up much room to store in the car or diaper bag. Others provide a nice comfy padded seating area but are the size of a bag themselves. This one is a personal preference based on your needs.
